Firstly , i would like to introduce myself first. My name is Jezzlyn. I'm a freelance sonographer mainly specialize in 3d 4d scan for baby. I'm graduated my sonography course by year 2010. For ultrasound there is many type of scan we study & learn. For example, abdomen scan, thyroid scan, breast scan, lower abdomen scan, carotid scan, obstetric scan & etc. For me, i prefer to scan baby because is challenging & not too boring. Other scan like abdomen is static imaging while baby is like keep moving in the mother's tummy. It very hard to capture and do detail scan especially for the beginner. 3d 4d scan is not include in our learning course, we usually learn how to do detail scan for the fetus. Every part of the detail scan for the baby is very hard to learn especially the fetus's heart. The structure is so small and we have to scan all vessel, the 4 chamber of the heart, valve and etc. Remember in my student life, i was so aggressive, i simply distribute flyer to any pregnant mama to get a free scan for them in order to practice more. I'm force myself to learn 4d scan from senior and gender scan is to attract more pregnant mama to let me practice my fetus heart as in the same time i give free 4d scan with cd for them. The learning process is hard, and its a night mare for me to learn the fetus heart, luckily i had overcome the stress & manage to learn every structure of detail scan before my practical exam.
What make me start blogging?
I was thinking to start my blog past few year, but because of busy, lazy and all kinds of excuse make me did not start up my own blog until today. The main reason of start blogging is i will become mama in another 9 month time. Yes, finally me myself get pregnant. My customer always ask me u marriage already? already have child? Next time you can scan your own baby already. My answer always say not yet, still long way to go since year 2010. Me & my husband get married by June 2013 and we plan actually at least a year of honeymoon before we get into our parenthood life. I hope to jot down every moment of my pregnancy life of my little one as my precious memory and experience.
My period cycle
My period is always accurate and even can estimate which day is the first day of period. I'm able to estimate which is mine ovulation day too. 3rd April is a memorial day as baby project start to develop. Im even use my OPK strip on the same day too and it show 2 line. Both of us so nervous because this is our first time and cant wait another 2 week for the result. I even brought the predictor test kits which can detect hcg hormone 4 days before period (10dpo). But end up it gave me a disappointing result > negative. Im still cant believe the result as i can feel some changes in my body. lower part cramping, fatigue and the most obvious sign is tenderness of breast as this never happen to me before. So urge to know about the result, i decided to do my blood test for my beta-hcg in BP lab on the next day. I can get the result within 4 hour. So nervous to open the email is like opening my exam result. Finally i get my answer as my total beta hcg is 43.58mIU/mL and its show im pregnant.

The next day which is (12 dpo), im able the get 2 lines in my upt stripe. 1 of the line is so faint but still able to see. In my ultrasound there is no any sign of the pregnancy yet. Another 2 days only i will miss my period.
Almost every day i scan my uterus due to too excited. the first gestational sac that i could see in my screen is on 22nd of April which is the 3rd day after i miss my period. But the gestational sac is not clear, sometimes able to see which certain angle and sometimes not.
Hence, the next day 23rd of April, I ask miss celynn to help me scan. Yes, finally its able to comfirm there is an small tiny sac in my uterus.
Really cant wait to see a small tiny fetus with heartbeat in 2-3week times. Hope everything is alright and the little once growing well in my womb. I would like to share my next entry of my pregnancy story when im able to get the latest update.
