Severe back pain at week 7

This week is a painful memory for me as i never had this severe back pain like this before. This pain can make me feel pain during walk, sit or even wake up from the bed. The pain will getting more serious especially when im sneezing. It kind of weird experience? But when im in static position, the pain doesn't come at all. So, this week i try to remain static rather than walk too much. Before pregnant, im experience a mild back pain especially i had 2 continuous whole day scanning. But the pain will gone after i had slept for that night, and it not severe till i cant walk or even turn my body. I had ask my doctor about it, they say is quite normal to have back pain during pregnancy. And im Google as well, many pregnant women experience the same thing during early pregnancy. Glad to hear that its quite normal and im not alone that experience the same thing. From what im know, usually back pain will happen after second trimester due to the growing belly and wrong sleeping posture. Im hardly hear others complain having severe back pain for early pregnancy. As what i search in Google, some people say severe back pain is due to the ligament stretching.

How to make the pain gone?
Massage the back will helps to reduce the pain. Secondly i try to lye on the bed as much as possible. Sleeping in flat position will make the pain gone for next day. I did not take any medicine as doctors and my friend say, during pregnancy try not to take any medication as it might hurt the early development of the fetus.

Add on for supplement
My friend recommend me a good pharmacist to me. The pharmacist recommend me few supplement for early pregnancy. Folic acid is a must for every day until second trimester. Multivitamin, DHA neurogain and calcium citrate. I had ask the pharmacist about the DHA as DHA normally taken after second trimester. He told me that the DHA is better to take as early as possible as well as the baby brain is develop started during the first trimester. If i did not taken any DHA during early pregnancy, the baby will take from me and my memory will getting worst. He also advice me not to take any soya until i had know my gender of my baby. This is because the soya contain oestrogen which is the feminine hormone. If i had a baby boy it cant affect my baby sex organ development but if i had a baby girl soya will be very safe for her.

This week im no longer measure the sac anymore, i started to measure baby from head to buttock we called it CRL (crump rump length). Baby seems like growing quite fast everyday and its grow about 1mm everyday. The fetus and yolk sac is getting more obvious to see. At the end of the week the fetus length now is about 1cm and the EDD always getting the same date which is 27 Dec 2014.
